While we're at it the two $500 $1.50 R&As that start at 20:15ET and 21:30ET are great little tournaments that consistently hit $750+, might be worth bumping their GTDs towards the more attractive 4 figure mark

The LR of turbo satellite to 55usd tournaments at 6.01PM GMT was 30 minutes and with starting stack of 1500 chips a player got only 3BB at the end of LR. I think that at former turbo satellites to Thunder players could buy 3000 chips for 10usd and therefore stacks were a bit deeper. I guess you should give an option to buy 3000 chips for 10usd if players wants it.

Do you plan to add sub-satellites to 60 usd Volcano satellite at 19.40 GMT? I personally would love to paly sub-satellite at 6PM GMT, for instance. It might be too harsh for a lot of players to spend 60usd on a satellite.

well, 888 is getting better and better every month, but what it needs are a few more bounty tournaments, superKOs,proggresive KOs, and regular KOs, I think they are like 4 in the lobby troughout the day one 50$,8$,4$...as they are a very popular format I think you should add them quite some of them it will surely pay off

I think the schedule is strong as it is and the only addition id like to see is a few more series or weekend series

Yeah -1 to adding knockout stuff. The few 55 super Kos you have under perform for what they are anyway.

But I'm Loving 888 lately. Don't clutter things up or try and copy stars too much. They have KOs (soon to all be PSKOs) on there as far as the eye can see. Keep it up with the vanilla 888. <3

Also maybe worth talking about, I think the "rebuy" part of the quarterback is SUPER lame and I can't believe people even do it. you should just make it a 265 standard knockout (200+50+15) so the bounty is a quarter of the buy in and it won't need a name change.

You are correct regarding the change to the Thunder satellite structure. We changed it to the standard $55 awarding ticket satellites. The reason we decided to remove the double stack option is because we want to give recreational players who won the ticket via steps and can't afford a double stack an equal chance and not have to see players with more money have more chips

Regarding The volcano - there are also $30 satellites which can be reached via the steps.

Could you consider adding 1-2 $5 deep stack tournaments to the early Euro schedule? Currently there is only a $22 and later $15, I think you can add 1-2 of $5 around this time with a 1k gtd (for the step 4 tickets).

yeah fair enough. Although I don't think the success of it has anything to do with the quarterback feature, and is more to do with just the fact its a once-a-week $215 on 888 that people want to play. It being quarterback or knockout or freezeout wouldn't have any effect on my decision to play it, would play them all. QB would just be my least favourite of the 3, but thats just me. Would be better if you had unlimited of quarterbacks (up to 10k stack) $50 for 2500 chips during the late-reg period instead.

Thank you for the explanation. There is also a $12 usd turbo satellite to the Hurricane. I guess you could rebrand it as a satellite to $109 tournaments. The Hurricane will always be too late for my time zone while the $109 satellite will always be on the right time for my time zone.

Also now i regged for two MTTs that started 30 minutes ago. i have paid the entry but the tables dont show and when i try to "go to lobby" the main lobby minimizes as it normally would if the tournament lobby was to pop up instead. but nothing... i have tried to re open 888 many times. Super tilting.

also zero sounds on a mac unless you've got the table up, so if anyone is multi tabling, playing another site, or has their browser as primary window they will almost definitely time out before knowing action is on them

They are this succesful because the BI is a bit lower than all the other specials. If you make this buyin bigger it will only cause more players to only register one instead of two or (more likely) not register either one.

This tournament is ideal for lowstakes players that wanna take a shot at something with a good prizepool.
