i have the same issue with the volume, i have to mute.

i am really tired with 888, i'm playing there less and less, probably from now on just gonna play volcano, mega deep and sunday challenge

I understand that guarantees are dropping a bit atm, hope you keep Twister and Typhoon at least at the 4k guarantee. Typhoon regularly reached 6-8k before, but I guess summer + SCOOP/888Series/Powerfest are having an impact. It's an amazing tournament, you should take good care of it. GIve Boni with free tickets for those tourneys or w/e, but don't let them die.

The timeslot 06:45 WET is very weak. The 30$ tournament has extremely low guarantee, a horrible structure and won't attract anyone. I know it's not primetime, but if you could make it somewhat more appealing and improve the structure ppl might actually start playing it.
Maybe think about it and implement changes when number of players at that time are increasing again (autumn?!).

The 12:35 WET "40$ Turbo - Highroller Series" used to be a really good tournament. It wasn't amazing, but used to reach and exceed the guarantee. Then you made it a "turbo deep", then 30$, and now it's @1k GTD and really sucks.
A decent 888 turbo at that time would be greatly appreciated, mb just make it a special again, used to work quite well.
The 30$ 6max 11:45 isn't very attractive either, mb you could think of something and make it enjoyable and worthwhile.

What do I have to do to see the stack sizes in lobby?It doesn't appear..

Thanks for the info. We fully understand the issue now and it's planned to be fixed. I hope it will be soon, but realistically knowing the current development pipeline, it could take a couple months. I will push for this to happen as soon as possible. Sorry I can't provide a quicker solution.

Do you have version 6.20 (F4 will tell you). If not, please download it from our website. If you do, please send me a screenshot. Have you tried double clicking the column headers/ in between the headers?

We tried and unfortunately it was not covering when we ran it daily. Maybe we will try again next winter when numbers are peaking again.

Live event packages are not refundable for cash. Players may transfer their prize, providing the transferee is an existing 888poker player who has made at least one deposit to their member account and who is at least 21 years of age.

Already dc'd twice in the middle of a pot in lightning while all other sites works good.

Unfortunately I blinded out of a tournament again ($160 XL mini) without being able to play a single hand. The last time I did not get compensated for this, while a lot of people I know had the same problems and got their full buy in amounts back. What is your policy on this? I lost over $100 last time because of software malfunction and this seems to happen a lot (three of my friends had this problem too).

XL series was great overall though, great tournaments!

Also I was curious about the exchange rate, where do you guys get the rate from? Is it still as far off from xe.com as before? Do I pay any fees going from Dollar to Euro?

I do not understand from your post why you were blinded out. As far as I know we did not have technical issues Yesterday and the tournaments ran smoothly. You are welcome of course to contact support or PM me with full details. This thread is intended for tournament feedback.

The table didn't open, I couldn't do anything. Tried restarting the software, didn't help. I emailed support, I hope they will get back to me about it.
