why arent yous tarting the tournament breaks when the last hand of the tournament is dealt like every other site?
your effectivly taking away 2 minutes of every break from other sites...
when you play a hand sometimes there is only 3 minutes left which is by far too little...

Unfortunately, after a very exciting and successful series, we had a fault in one of our systems during the Main Event which resulted in disconnections to some customers. Our engineers quickly identified and fixed the problem but in order to do this we were forced to pause all running tournaments. We take these matters and our customer satisfaction extremely seriously and are working relentlessly to avoid these issues in the future and to keep improving the standards of 888poker's customer experience.

Once we identified the connectivity issues, we decided to use the ‘Pause Tournament’ feature in order to ensure that some players didn’t gain an unfair advantage. The current disadvantage of the ‘Pause Tournament’ feature is that whilst it doesn’t allow for the next blind level to begin, the current blind level continues to run until it is complete. We are aware that this is not optimal behaviour for this feature and intend to address this for future versions.

We expect to deliver another Super XL Series within 2016.

Thank you for an honest information. To me it looks like a serious flaw in your software. As a result we, customers of 888, did not receive quality product on Sunday night. Usually customers have rights to get replacements to faulty goods, doesn't it; likewise our claims for compensations shall be reasonable.

Why not add a pop up or bleep or anything when it's your turn, I dno if this is just on Mac but it's annoying and I'm constantly time out tables because the auto timebank doesn't work.

Please run the Late Night Crocodile every day! Today the $7,500 guarantee was smashed with almost $15k in the prizepool. Players who play late night sessions would fire this tournament up every day 100%.

If you also add a couple of satellites to it, this tournament could easily become the best MTT to play in the late night timeframe.

XL Series was great, run it during every xCOOP and watch your traffic explode!

whatever your plans are, please do something during scoop (increased guarantees, xxl series or something like a KO/rebuy/6max week)! traffic will obv be huge during those two weeks!

We understand your point of view here and have requested our product team for a solution for this. It will happen, but I believe it will take quite some time as there are earlier and more urgent development requests in the pipeline.

It is only Mac that has the sound problem as far as I know. We are aware and fixing it. Unfortunately this fix has been delayed some time now, but I believe it will be implemented in upcoming weeks.

I think even 10k guarantee every night will do fine but if you wanna play safe just bring it every night with 7.5k .Non-europeans deserve a big event in the evening too.You can name it Americas like it was in the Super XL Series.
Also 10k special late night on thursday should be every day .You can start with smaller gtd too , see how it does.

I really appreciate you guys incorporation the suggestions on 2+2 into some of the recent changes. There have been some suggestions made to add some Omaha games and you guys added the $55 PLO and PLO8.

Despite these two additions, I feel you guys are miles behind what Pokerstars has.

Just to give you an idea of the Omaha hi/lo schedule on Pokerstars, this is a screenshot taken earlier today.


If you guys want to grow a game, you need to start at the bottom so that recreational players can learn the game without breaking their bankroll. However, the size of the guarantees needs to be at a level that is attractive (for the player) and sustainable (for 888).

Can you guys add a couple more Omaha games into your lobby so that players like myself will log onto your site? There are presently two NLO8 MTTs a day, which is extremely disappointing.

Note: I posted something similar on the PartyPoker suggestions thread, so I will be playing on whichever site decides to offer more games.
