Flop: Q 5 5 ($190, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $120, UTG calls $120

Turn: 9 ($430, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $300, UTG raises to $600, $300 to Hero ($1,000)?

It's the second hand but villain is 38/0 on 23 hands... small sample but it looks like he really likes to limp with any decent crap.
I think calling here really sucks so should i go broke or fold?

i would go broke, alot of flush draws out there and you have top top. i would raise more pre and make a bigger flop bet too.
