Agree, except for the last part (unless the don't iso KTo is meant specifically to apply to an EP limp). I think KT should very much be in our ISO range IP this deep vs a HJ or later open. It should be part of our 3-bet / fold to 4-bet range. Vs EP limp, easy fold as both posts have already said. KTs I think is just an overcall in a live game here.
