If you're going to fold this run-out to a double barrel OTT, you're better off folding pre. I don't know what you're expecting to hit with AJo and a 28x stack. If you flat this pre, you should have a plan for an A-high board like this - otherwise it's just burning money. If I thought he was weak enough of the time, I'd 3-bet GII pre. If not, I'd just fold. And if I did just flat, it would be with the intention of getting it in on a board like this against a guy that c-bets 100% of the time. You can easily represent a draw if you raise the flop and you could get actions from his draws or worse Aces (maybe even a hand like KQ or Kxss). Alternatively you can call and get it in on the turn if his double barrel-% is high (even on a spade, since you have Js). His stats are pretty nitty for a 6-max, so without having seen any of his hands you could prolly go either way, but if I'm playing this hand with a 28x stack, I'm very likely 3-bet getting it in. You're line seems very spewy - I don't understand how you can call the flop and fold 9d turn.
