2.5X it if you need to. At this point the reward from the blinds is so slim just wait for better spots to shove the bottom of your range. TBH you only get called stronger here or at a coin toss or 60/40. You beat random ranges yes, but when this play does not succeed it's the equivalent of a Mike Matusow blowup.
Players fold to 2.49X or 2.5X here almost as much or as much as they fold to a shove. Also don't say you have no postflop play because you have 2.5-3bb postflop play here before you get to around 7BB. I'm just saying you have some chips 13BB is just slightly too much to be risking your stack here.
11.5BB is my personal mark where i start thinking ship in these spots instead of 2.5X...
You typically don't want to be crushed if you're called but that is exactly what happens almost every time someone calls you here.
So you're saying it's either GG for you or you win 150 chips and change your equity position in the tournament to what? Wait. It bearly moves.
With 150/300 blinds shipping 3600 chips maybe you're not insane making this play UTG+1 6 handed
What I'm saying is the earlier on you make this play the stupider it gets.
I'm sorry if this upsets previous posters but this is just common sense to me. Sacrificing it all for 150 at this point in the sng is -EV you just win nominal amount of chips or you bust... ???
Am I normal? Is my logic just tainted by my nitty play?
