The chipleader is a pretty agro good reg , him is 3bet a lot for the difference between the stacksizes , BB is a good agro reg too and the other 3 are nitty players.

I put this hand in the Holdem resources http://prntscr.com/8zv7pv and jam looks EV- and i think with a agro chipleader and agro BB is pretty close open raise , this spot have a high ICM TAX ¿What hands your put on your jam range and on your r/c r/f range?

If he's not flatting a lot then raising is fine. If he's the kind of player to try to play every hand vs you, then i would just fold.

shoving it too, 16bb 6max is way to less ...and id prefer to stay up 10bb+
u could get like 10times bad hands or just ugly spots, where other stacks shoving and u cant call and blind down

Since it is an aggro table, I think raising isn't the best option either. This would be a shove given the table dynamics.
