Reads on initial raiser and his c-betting tendencies? My default would be to check. As played, our donkbet otf mostly reps Tx, hearts and maybe some other draws, and almost everything in that range got there by the river (even J9), so I don't think a solid villain will often call with worse otr. I think river is a c/f.
