villian is loose, i regreted that i cbetted the flop, how could i play it better?

betting the flop is cool if you have an easy decision if raised (hes aggro enough you can bet/get it in with TT)

Calling river bet is definitely worth calling imo. 600 is a small bet compared to pot size, he could easily have 67 suited or a missed flush draw. Also I don't know how he plays exactly but I don't think he would be betting 100% of the time if he had a Q when there is an ace showing. You could easily have A K. There is a higher chance villain would bet if he has nothing on the river. Now the facts i pointed out and the small price to pay on the river I would have called the river.
