Hey all, have some recent hands from a live tourny that was a quick turbo- 20 min levels so kinda gotta go.

H1- hmm mid stages a little bit from money and average stack is prolly 25-28bb. I have 84dd in bb. Sb makes it 5k at 2k level. I elect to sigh fold. I feel this probably a call. My stack was say 20-25bb and he had 40+. Guy was super tight and mix mawg/omc. I think I’m supposed to call but wonder what thoughts are. He showed A-10o lol. I feel 47dd I call but 48dd is too gapped away but prolly supposed to call all suited there. 25% equity in position I need so yea I think my fold is bad. Prolly a 100% call away from bubble. Thoughts?

H2- hmm I have 40k at 3k bb level. Utg is a younger 20 kid who seems like solid mtt reg. Opens to 6k. Sb flats. I have Q9dd and elect to call. I feel I could bomb if it was like mp and aggro player but not utg- he wasn’t super out of line either. Flop A-8-4 with 2 diamonds. Xx, opener makes it 7k, sb flats. I elect to jam 34k. Opener calls, and sb tank folds and says he has 2 diamonds. Is this good spot and super standard? Honestly think we have no FE against opener bc he almost always has Ax cbetting into 2 I feel (not always). Sure he folds small % of time but think in this spot we always see 5. I think super standard but just want to hear if this is easy rip? I guess yes.

H3- from early in tourny. This one made my head spin. We are at 500 level, cu makes it 1.2k, sb flats (mawg rec), and I 3! KJo yo 5.5k. Both call. Flop KQ9, I cbet 3k into 17k and both call. Turn 6. Xxx. River 6. Sb leads 10k. I slightly tank fold. And cu calls. Is this ever a call? I feel this is super underbluffed spot. Maybe I’m wrong? Both guys were recs. I wanna say I started hand with 35-40k and others at 20-25k. I think this is an easy fold on river against general population but the action is really odd and doesn’t seem like a lot of monster hands per how flop and turn transpired? Thoughts?

I know 3! KJo is a little meh here but I think it’s solid as I feel SB folds a lot and if we get through CU, we take a 6.8bb pot with no showdown. I think it’s just a good spot to take once in a while per se. Maybe a little too spazzy early in soft mtt but I take it. I will post what hands were shown down after discussion. I feel it’s a fold on river based on player profiles but just a little like wtf based on how action went down. Looking back I think a K may be a call on river based on fact turn went xxx.

H1: I fold with 25-26bb's and call with 27-28 bb's

H2: pre-flop I do the same. Jamming seems OK but oddly I might call and then fold if I miss the turn. We have great implies odds and even decent pot odds on the flop to the 7k bet. Because there is an A on the board I think our fold Equity is small.

H3: I have no problem with the 3-bet (I make it 6k). I probably jam the flop. You don't say if it is a rainbow or not but either way I would likely jam. The flop hits our range hard so my normal sizing will be about 67% pot or about 11.5k. Here that would be over 40% effective stack size so I just jam. As played I call the river bet. We under repped our hand on both flop and turn. ANy Kx will bet because the Q on the board plays. We block JT too.

H1 - 2.5X is close for me with such a small raise from sb. From any other position I am folding, but I think this depends on the player.

H2 - This is an absolute must jam. There is going to be dead money in the pot. The player Cbetting can have a lot of air in this spot. Most players Cbet this flop at 95%. If the player does have a random A, now they are going to be in a tough spot with A9/A7/A6,etc. Even AT is not thrilled to call it off here.

h3 - You bet so small on the flop. River is a sight call. You are beating a lot of hands that these players can have unless have you some read on them.

H3 I’m a buster. They had A-10 for a pure bluff and JQ for one pair (the caller had jq) and sb had a pure bluff with A-10.

Yea idk I felt like such a clown after the hand. I just felt river bet by sb was big hand or something. It didn’t make sense though bc if a big hand was there- they would have raised flop or put some bet in on turn. Idk spots like this honestly have me going like wtf- I feel I miss spots like this early in tournies and is a leak for my game.
