checking pre is fine, why would you wan't to raise?

he overbets the pot, he isn't folding, you only have a J hi flush and maybe like 3 Jacks.

idk, I prolly fold as I have hardly any chips in the pot, no real point stacking off imo, but yeah I guees it's fine

I'm checking pre and folding the flop too.

inflating the pot w/ J4 or a ton of other hands is not good in a 4/180

Meh. People complete/fold all the time in these. I think raising almost every hand vs a complete is fine until someone tarps you and/or completes then jams over your raise.

I peel and fold if he double barrels a blank turn. His overbet indicates that he's not likely to be bluffing much, and that he has a hand he is willing to commit to. You're not a favorite against his valuerange, so if he doesn't fold much there is little profit in semibluff shoving. If you hit a J or a diamond ott, you are likely to get paid off and thus have enough implied odds to make it profitable, even though he is going to have a hand that beats a turned jack some of the time. There is also the chance that he checks turn (to induce, or if turn is an offsuit overcard) and you get two streets for the price of one, as well as the option to stab at him if he checks twice and you missed.
