Monday, August 2, 20:00 STARS(ET) time (00:00 UTC). All entrants must register for the next FOUR $4/180 man SNG's on PokerStars AFTER 8:00pm ET (20:00 Server time). If a tournament has less than 20 regged at 20:00 then that tournament will be the first one. I will post in the thread which tournaments count for the challenge.
Cost: Please send $10 (or more, see below) to spoonerisms (Pueblo). Must be received before the first 4/180 closes registration.
High-Rollers-Side-Fun: The base challenge is $10. If you want to play for more money than that:
Tier 2: $10 + $20 = $30
Tier 3: $10 + $20 + $20 = $50
Signing up for a higher tier also enters you into the lower tiers.
Basically works like three individual challenges - same scoring, same tourneys, same payout structure, same everything. Only difference is the number of runners.
In this thread please indicate that you have sent the entry fee as well as your Stars ID and tier information, as it may not be the same as your 2p2 name.
Scoring:
Missed tourney = 0 points
180-150th = 0 points
149-120th = 0.5 points
119-100th = 1 point
99-80th = 2 points
79-60th = 3 points
59-40th = 4 points
39-30th = 5 points
29-20th = 7 points
19th = 9 points
18-15th = 10 points
14-10th = 12 points
9th = 15 points
8th = 17 points
7th = 19 points
6th = 21 points
5th = 24 points
4th = 27 points
3rd = 30 points
2nd = 35 points
1st = 40 points
Wins and final 3's are HUGE in this structure. If you 'chop' any payout, you are given the lowest finish possible (if 4 people chop, you get 4th place points) regardless of your actual finish. Tie breakers go as follows.
1st tiebreak - Total Monies Won
2nd tiebreak - Highest Finish
3rd tiebreak - 2nd Highest Finish
If tied after that it is chopped.
Payouts:
- Less than 10 entrants = 1st-100%
- 10-19 = 1st-80%, 2nd 20%
- 20-29 = 1st-60%, 2nd-30%, 3rd-10%
- 30+ = 1st-50%, 2nd-25%, 3rd-15%, 4th-10%
Refunds:
If you miss all four tournaments, I will refund your entry. No refunds if you enter only any of the tournaments.
