What on earth? Should I just be happy to get the last bet in? I mean I knew the BB line was for value.. Really looked like a set..

Is the an automatic stackoff?

Nh.

Don't do this though, you're only good here in freerolls.

His 3x 3b is basically A7, AK, or sets.

pretty standard...

I prefer the flat to a 3 bet pre on the button

on flop flatting is ok but raising getting it in is fine too

fold pre as default, every option is ok tho with specific reads.
as played why do you turn the hand into a bluff?
i'd fold vs BB as played. doubt we have the equity to get it in vs his range here.

Yeah agree definitely with pre think folding is better than anything else unless

I'd flat flop the first time and fold the second

why the case to fold pre? curious....

fold to bb as played though. run the numbers but not sure if you have enuf equity to get it in. if u wanna disregard the math and gambol, its whatvr i guess.

When pushing FD, we expect some FE. i dont see any here and obv he is not raising anything worse. so, this means that we should treat this hand as only 30%+ eq hand.

Would only flat pre flop if I was faced with a raise and a call or I thought blinds were the type to see cheap flops. Otherwise I'm just folding.

Probably crushed by the BB's value range of sets and 2 pair.

flat pre is fine. cc the raise on the flop

Mostly Id 3bet this hand pre or fold. But given the stack sizes flatting is good too. Id find fold button on 4bet - looks like 2pair or set and no odds to just flat and wait for the flush.

Def not getting it in on flop this deep, just flat the initial raise. When he makes the initial raise you're either crushing him (he has an inferior FD), in which case you want to keep him in the pot, or he's crushing you (AK/AQ, sets) in which case you basically just have a FD.

I used to overplay these hands massively and have stopped doing so, saves me a bunch of money. When you 3bet this hand you're def turning it into a bluff and you're really not getting him to fold much of his value raising range.

Pre is totally fine for me, def not mucking this from button this deep. c/c flop is my standard line in this spot. Doubt you have needed equity to call here.

Yeah I agree with all you guys.. I really wasn't happy with the way i played the hand.. I was 100% sure the BB had a set with his 4bet..

Still I talked myself into 5bet shoving here.. My reasoning was if I am flatting A6s and flop a flop like that. I have to go with it. Its kinda like the saying: "When you call the turn, you have to call the river logic.

Preflop I think is ok to flat this deep vs these players.. Christ I really turned my hand into a bluff by 3betting and should have flatted.. I was in position as well, where a flat makes much more sense..

Anyways fixed this leak now..

I really disagree with the fold pre advice...we are IP with a suited ace deep...the blinds will likely join the ride. This deep the opportunity to flush over flush some random SC is very nice as tourney players will never pot control or fold a flush...

we are IP and should be able to flat a wide range OTB as long as we play decent post flop.

I also don't see the need or point of light 3 betting here at this stage...the pot is negligible and there is no meta reason for doing it.
