Idk I still feel like 2.5-2.8x is a bit better here.
With <40 bb's effective stack I typically min raise at 2.1x. Between 40 bb's and 80 bb's I go to 2.5x or so and up to 120 bb's I'm more or less at 2.75x. Above that I'm at 3x. I find I have more flexibility post flop that way.
The BB can do a Stop n Go by calling with 10 bb's but they could do it with a 2.5 bb raise as well. If BB calls there would be close to 6 bb's in the pot and an 8 bb jam would be callable if we there are undercards or we suspect a bluff or semi bluff. If the flop has 3 overcards that don't help us in terms of straight draws it would basically be an easy fold if BB jams. But if a flop like J52 comes its an easy call (because with a J why wouldn't BB let us cbet and then c/r jam?). Flops like J85 get more complicated but I think the more draws that are out there the more likely I am to call.
