Preflop: I call. Three villians have already shown an interest in the pot and I believe AJs is a little weak to be building a pot. I like the implied odds I am getting for a cheap flop and a shot at the nut flush.

as played:

Flop: Pot is t490 and you have t1410 left. The board is certainly drawy here. I think your raise is too small with two players already showing interest. A raise up to say t450 would leave you with tt960 left so, I would go ahead and shove right here.

as played:
Turn: Villian is making goofy bets, so he certainly has no clue what he is doing. He either has a monster or is on a draw. I shove

I agree 100%, limp behind pre, as played set up pot sized bet shove on turn.

You should play your marginal hands a little more passively. I limp AQ, JJ, and even AK here sometimes. You are getting called in so many spots here and miss a flop 66% of the time. No need to bloat the pot oop when you have to give up on the flop because you certainly don't want to c bet in a multiple limp callers. Hang on to your stack so you don't diminish your edge in the later game.

As played I agree with willperkins

Overlimp AJs is fine here imo, but raise isn't bad either. I disagree about shoving flop, OP has about 3 times the pot!!! I'd raise to about 400 and shove most non heart turns.

Not talking about shipping the flop, talking about raising enough to have one pot sized bet left on the turn to ship the turn.
