i was thinking about raising river to have another ten fold..

i would play it the same. i dont think raising the river does much for you.

What do people have when they bet like this? What if he bet 200 on the flop you would fold right? If you had the lowest pair on the flop would you call?

He is doing a donk line so you can't count on folding out T's.

Slimon in this hand I'd guess the guy has nothing or a 3.
