PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (4 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

SB (t4890)
BB (t315)
Hero (t2575)
Button (t5720)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 3, 3.

Hero???

Button is quite capable of over-shoving to isolate for value. I had only shown down strong hands and not limped before, so observant button may give me some credit.

Do we limp with a 50-50 hand over the BB, do we shove to isolate, or fold and wait?

Shoving is pretty dangerous, eventhough button 'might' give u some credit. If you get called by btn or the sb you are flipping at best obv. and it would be horrendous considering BB's stacksize.

I'd just fold and let BTN or SB shove the ss BB and get itm.

Fold. 88+ is a push.

I'd call. If I hit the set PUSH if I miss fold. But if in total doubt simply fold. I would NOT PUSH preflop.

Instant fold, too much to lose and too little to gain.

I did fold it, just thought after there may have been a wait to exploit some chips.

The button did shove so I felt right about not limping after that.
