i raise it to like 600-750, want to make it look like u desire action. They may call a 450 chip raise, but might not call a 600 chip raise, they call either i def bet around 1600 on the river. Perfect line for the "flush".

No one folds ever in SSMTT. Just call the turn and hope he pays you off when you hit.

i rather fold pre, but since we called, i think a reraise on the turn wont make alot of sense, and i dont think he is folding, his weak bet means either a big hand like AK with Ad or KK or a very weak hand with or without a flushdraw. i am flat calling turn, and i bet 1/3 pot if i miss

So, what is this guy doing? I would say this line fits A

K, but then those bet sizes make no sense. Can he be sand-bagging a flush to this extent??? I find that almost impossible to believe. I am really at a loss to put this guy on some kind of hand.... Thoughts? Is it possible he is messing around with a set of K's? If we are prepared to discount the flush altogether, I would just go for the home run and make a crazy overbet shove. Of course, my nitty self advocates 2/3 pot bet. Still, I like the shove here for some reason.

Curious how this one turned out. I still think a middle pair.

I think a raise on the turn shoulda been a little bigger to create more FE...but bluffing at this level in this spot is dicey so I can see the smaller bet size.....

As played I think you need to try and get a little more money in the pot...it's hard to beleive he had a made flush.

We got about ~9000 left and made our hand on the river. Pot size is 3225 and I think 2475 is a little heavy, because if we get c/r'ed we're either playing for stacks or b/f. I got for about 2/3 pot, 2000ish to extract value from a lot of hands and fold to a c/r. V's line does correlate to a FD, but I want to get value from Kx, pr+FD hands without risking a large % of chips in the process.

NH, and excellently played IMO. I agree with every move you did, except I'd make turn a lil bigger. I also like pre, as villains range is sooo defined (99+, AK, possibly AQ), we have pos, and can take down a lot of pots with air, and stack him when we get there and he's got TPTK or an overpair. GG sir.

It won't let me edit this post because I was dumb for a moment. For some reason I forgot that the preflop raise was 6x and not 3x. That really polarizes his starting hand range. I would laugh if he had KQ and played it this way.

that was a value bet, if i miss, i hammer it harder. he cant call off 3200 on that river, the way ive seen the hand play out....good thing i got there i guess so we will never know.

I'd hammer the river too but I'd also bet less on turn to make my bluff less expensive. I'd probably go 650 and pot the river.

And LOL at villain being mad about your play. He butchered this hand.
