what is the best play here? r/f or shove?
dont see any other option than those 2

I'd probably just shove, but raise fold is good too. I'm not folding to the BB though, only the sb.

How is raise fold good, when we have no idea if we're ahead or behind. Either you want to gambool with 22, or you dont. Open fold, or open shove.

i doubt raising is good here vs 2$ donks whos flatting range is very wide.
even tho you have position you cant really play 22 without hitting the set.

raise/fold vs the bigstacks and raise/call vs the shorty is perfectly fine if you expect them to flat a very small range and shove/fold correctly or even better shove too tight and fold alot.

every choice seems pretty reasonable honestly...its probably closer to shove or fold though imo, because most of the time the sb or bb is just flatting and hitting a pair on the flop with their q4 or whatever theyre playing.
