To mee it seems there is no other way to play this hand?

Is betting out of position turn or checkraise turn good alternatives but those seem to build a pot oop and even if rainbow board it feels wrong?

edit---> at 2nd look at seems like betting oop turn and cont bet river Q is not so bad as I could represent trips as BU seems less likely to have Q in hand although he migt still call with pair of 9 better kicker.
