We don't, the big stack does. I was responding to a side discussion about whether the big stack should be opening any two cards here. That doesn't matter for this hand though, it only matters how wide he's actually opening, which if he's playing 21/15 then I change my advice to fold pre. We need somewhere around 65-70% equity to get it in here.

Push, and not close. You are about a 2-1 favorite versus the big stack's range plus pot odds. Not good that there are 2 microstacks, but the payout jumps for the top places are much bigger. Can't fold this hand with 10xBB waiting for shorter stacks to bust.
There's so much more value in winning vs correctly jewing icm. There's no glory in beating icm for 300$ more than you should have than there is for putting yourself in a better spot to win it all. I think between 77 and 88 is where it gets real close.
A lot depends on what is known about villain. Will he ever fold to your shove? If not, then you are better off flatting and praying for a friendly flop.
