Final four tables of the ps $11 20k gtd. This is a pretty standard shove, right? Do we think the limpers widen the range of the button raiser? or tighten it up? I believe we had seen some similar, limp/fold type behavior out of the two limpers before, so I wasn't as concerned about them.

I don't play the large field mtts much, and this is the deepest I've been to date. I normally play the turbo 18s/45s/180s, and tbh it was a little unsettling being this deep into a tournament and still facing effective stacks of 20+ bbs. So this may be pretty basic, I just want to be sure I'm not missing something in this context.

I'm not sure this is an auto-shove. Three people have already expressed interest in this pot. If the button is relatively tight, what's his motivation for getting involved here? I'm almost always suspicious of an UTG limp, depending on stats. Not saying a shove is wrong, but I think there are factors to consider.

UTG+2 is dead money, i think button's range is very wide- the pot is 30K, looks like a low risk steal. We could worry about UTG but since you saw limp/fold a few times before i think it's a shove

AK is way ahead of BTNs range given there are no reads. There could be a concern about the early posistion limpers doing something fancy with KK+ but the read that they have limp/folded previously puts those concerns to bed.

I shove all day

I pretty much discounted the two limpers, particularly utg+2. Based on that, if I'm btn, I'm making that play with at least 99+, AQo+, making mine a fairly easy shove, i think. However, I just wanted to be sure I wasn't being careless with 3 people with money invested left to act.

Out of curiosity, how often does btn fold to a shove in this spot?
