yea i dont like the river sizing since it looks exactly like a blocking bet and if you bet more with a flush he is able to range you quite easily in future spots.
also if he is not good bet more for value.
in terms of what will call you. it depends on what his opening range(which depends on the shorty ranges mostly) is and how he sees you. so without reads he can call with Q9s+ if thats in his range. since he pot controlled turn he might bluffcatch some marginal stuff like 99/JJ.
i had a good reg call me once in an nearly identical hand with an underpair where i was floating air when i played a 6/4 game on this table preante. not sure what he thought but he was right and he seemed not fpsy.
regarding folding AQ pre. there are some bad players i'd fold this to regardless of they are regs or not. mostly flatting or 3b/c.
