$10/$20 STT grinder advice

Hi my account on betfair ongame is ilovesushi89 play built up from $50 to $1100 which is my current roll looking to move onto $20+2 games and have holdem manager but dont know how to edit the settings so its useful for STTs, the HUD is a huge block that is crap... any advice on additional software. any advice about bankroll building also. want to get it up to 2k then start grinding cash
