No info on vilian, first impresion he seems decent compared to the rest of field, he limps 4%, so I give him credit for something.

Limping UTG is usually a sign of a pretty weak player so I would make a note here. I think if you're going to play AT preflop you should really be betting in to that flop. It's likely you're ahead here and so it is worth betting for value.

I would bet again into the turn, but if he spazzes and 3bets you I think you're probably beaten and it's not worth committing almost all of your stack into a pot where your hands could easily be second best.

He is putting you on a flush draw and is protecting his hand on the turn.
I would put him on a ace and maybe even two pair AK and AQ are usually raised preflop.
So AJ down are possible. HE could have A3,A4,A2 or AJ and your behind those and not catching up for the most part.
That leaves A5,A6,A7,A8,A9 and AT*,your splitting with AT.

Fold and make a note, your not going to be ahead when a bad player spews like that.

Not trying to hijack but say we raise pre and this flop hits and we lead flop and get called. Lead turn and get called. Are we shoving any river?

Sounds ridiculous.
I would shove or fold pre in 1$ tournament, people love to trap in such donkaments so i would fold more often.
