Flatting is actually okay in these soft sit n gos because when you miss it can be difficult to play, in general you should probably raise to about 240 in this spot and depending on the stats/reads call or fold to a 4 bet shove. On the flop the raise is fine and especially at the $1 sngs you have to call the raise. nh

it's just that i'm running bad this days and my confidence is at the bottom of the barrel.
i'm trying to find "something" to catch, to continue my ABC play to continue without any bad thoughts...

In my opinion you are beat at the Flop 95%. If you just call pre and you get a 5 way pot postflop you cant play TPTK like the Nuts. In a 1$ Sng i would shove pre or raise to an Amount that you are commited postflop. Ak plays terrible multiway because even if you hit TP you will often loose against 5 Players.

This is a bit tougher spot if you ask me because theres so many involved, and its so early, Id probably go to 100 pre or something. As played I think i'd have to call.
Granted you often up against 77 or 88 here. But you'd be amazed at the amount of times you run into AQ and AJ in the spot (at this level anyway, not sure as you move up).
If your confidence is lost why dont you keep posting more hands and see if your just having an unlucky streak.

Wtf, raising to 100 pre is pretty stupid, no offence. Also at the $1 sngs you run into garbage so, so often. This will be weaker aces (even weaker than AQ/AJ) a fair amount, and sometimes even worse. As played, you can not fold at the $1 sngs in this spot on the flop. Again pre you should usually tend to raise, but also again because of the level you are playing at you can actually just shove and expect a) everyone to fold a lot and you to pick up a decent pot and also b) to be called with a LOT of way, way worse hands. I remember I used to experiment and open shove first hand with QQ/KK/AA utg and get called by all sorts of junk like QTs, 75o and whatever. Not saying to do that though. lol gl
