WPT Online Series via Party Poker US PLAYERS?

Hello Everyone!
Just wanted to put this out there to see if anyone can answer this question. Can US players enter and play in the WPT Online Series via Party Poker? I can't even sign up since the United States is not even an option as a designated country. Any help would be great. Thank You!
