This sounds like something that happened to me once actually, and it was for WAY less money. I did not slander that person's name on the internet, because slander is defined as "making a FALSE statement." Instead I wrote several long posts talking about the TRUTH about the person's character, that if they feel they didn't DESERVE to lose the bet they would justify not paying it in any way possible. You seem like a scumbag and I can't think of any reputable poker player who would even consider taking your side on this.

Deflection is common among the guilty. You owe him the money, if you're going to scam at least own up to it and be proud of it instead of pretending that their actions are why you are now "allowed" to scam. It's ludicrous and you know it.

The other part of this is that it does appear that Finally is also a scammer and has his own issues. You should still pay him, but it's a tiny tiny little bit understandable if you don't want to. What makes ZERO sense is that you are trying to say that Finally's actions are why you won't pay George lol wtf that isn't even good logic for a scammer.

I think that my obligation has been made void by Finally's slander both ethically and legally. As for this being related to glytter, Finally was acting as an agent of glytter's in collecting the debt for him. If someone who you authorized to collect a debt, for which that person also holds 50% of that debt, went around and slandered the person who owed you the money, then surely that would make you complicit in that slander as well. There is no room to say that you were just an innocent bystander in that situation. This is why I am not paying either of them.
