Not really. Like other issues, I had to work around their glitch on my own. My 2nd withdraw was approved but later rescinded once again. I finally put in a $20 echeck deposit then withdraw after. I will no longer play there as the issues just aren't worth it for me.

You can always withdraw through Skrill provided you have made a successfull deposit in the past 6 months and your e-mail address with Skrill is verified. At times skrill may request verification documents from users which need to be furnished in order to use this option.
The glitch was with one specific withdrawal cited by the OP.
