so i requested a withdrawal by check (the check that comes to your home) just to see if it works about a 5 weeks ago.. the check processed few days later. but i never received on mail. i called them (7 times) emailed them (10 times) after three weeks of waiting for my check on mail. every time i call them, them would say the matter is "escalated" the proper department or whatever bs they can say. every time i email them i get reply from 8 different people telling me to confirm my address, which i have done everytime they ask me to do. Eventually i realized they probably never sent me a check . they just want me to stop waiting and tell them to put the money back in to my account. which i have decided to do about 10 days ago..about a week ago i received a mail saying they will cancel my check and put the money back in account in 5 days. i agreed and still waiting to see the money back in my account. THe incompetent people at borgota/partypoker is getting on my nerve. the Amount of escalations they done to this matter, it should reach the CEO by now... SO if anyone requested withdrawl by check, dont bother its never coming. i want to try to other methods of withdrawal, but i am gonna wait to see if anything happens with this one,. Just going to wait one more day, i hope hope hope they will do something about it...if not is anyone have any suggestions what should i do? can i make complain to DGE or anything..idk..? help appreciated...

Have only ever withdrawn straight to my bank account with no issues. But your experience with support seems pretty on par with most people.

This is why play mostly on Ultimate. I do not understand why others don't. Their customer support is amazing.

that's strange...i withdrew by check and had a Bank of America check delivered by certified mail in like 10 days...cashed it with no problems, i was actually really happy with the process...sorry to hear it man

We apologize for the inconvenience. Here is a quick update on the issue you faced with respect to the withdrawal. The funds have been reverted to your poker account. A mail notification has also been sent.

Please note that US postal service attempted to deliver the check to your residence registered with us on January, 9, 2014 5:48pm and also left a notice. The details can be further checked in our mail.

I am having the EXACT same issue regarding my check.

I cashed out via check. It processed last month, I waited two weeks to inquire. They have no idea what's going on. Customer Service told me to go check my local post offices, which I did (i never received a missed package notification or anything of that sort).

I called up again today and customer service suggested i use the TRANSACTION ID number which is used within PartyPoker to try and find it at the postoffice…..It is not a tracking number and has zero relevance to the postal service. I was told the matter has been escalated to the payment investigators (which means nothing since nothing ever gets done there) ..

All i want to do is take all my money off this site and ever go near it again. Meanwhile, the Step5 ticket I have is currently useless for two reasons:
1) They rarely run and it rarely coincides with anyone who isn't online 24/7
2) I haven't been able to stay connected to their 'geo-location' confirmation for more than 20 minutes at a time in over 3 weeks so I am not going to play something valuable knowing I will be disconnected several times during the play.

I really cannot be more disappointed in PartyPoker. Every single aspect of the experience has been terrible. It's border-line criminal the operation they are running.

Update: The person I spoke to within the hour CALLED ME!!! He just wanted to confirm that the address I requested for my pay out is where I am currently located. YA KNOW, just in case I have no idea how to function. He was delighted to tell me that my check will be canceled WITHOUT a fee!! Marvelous news. And in 5-7 days the amount will be put back into my account and I can try all over again with a different method…

Anyone want to join me in a partypoker boycott? This site tilts me like none other.

I knew they were going to screw something up so I did not even try by check. Decided to do a deposit of e check today just so I could use it as a withdrawal method. Once that clears I am going to make a withdrawal. I will see how that goes.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced recently at our site. The location was not getting validated due to insufficient, visible Wi-Fis.
With regards to your request to cancel the withdrawal please allow a day more for you to receive the check failing which your withdrawal request would be cancelled and the funds would be reverted to your account latest by 02/15/2014. We shall follow this up on a priority basis and inform you by email once the money is credited to your account.

I used Skrill to withdraw on Tuesday, still pending... I'm guessing that it'll take 2 to 3 weeks.

I'm done with Party/Borgata unless they offer more than 50% rakeback at this point. In addition geolocation issues, it took more than 7 weeks, and more than 15 emails/calls to support, compliance, and nj division of gaming to change a simple setting in their software. Their incompetence knows no end.

They will likely give up their early lead due to their incompetence just like how they give up their lead in the world market. Looking at pokerscout, they aren't even number 3 now when they had dominated the market before. There's a good reason for that.

The withdrawal was approved on 18th Feb, 2014 and would be credited to your Skrill account within 24 hours.

This is complete bs with the insufficient wifi. You need to be accountable for your company. I got told my location couldn't be verified for insufficient wifi connection yet I was browser on the internet fine. In fact, it was going so well I was able to go to your site and begin a conversation with your support team about it while it was happening. How would that even be possible if my wifi didn't work?

I requested the withdrawal on 2/11, talked to someone regarding the withdrawal on 2/16 and withdrawal was approved according to Party Rep on 2/18. It is now another week since the approval, instead of the 24 hours mentioned, it has been 1 weeks since the approval. I hope they failed as a company.

So I got this as a response from Party. My email was verified with Skrill so don't know what they are smoking other than to keep my money at Party. They had no problem taking my deposit from Skrill but have "problem" if I want to withdraw.

i am having the same problem. Requested 2 checks within 24 hours of each other. Got the 1st one with no problem and now the 2nd one has not come yet and i got an email with a tracking # that the post office has no idea what the number is. The bank wire withdrawal method wasnt available to me, even though that is the method i use to deposit.

Reqiest bu check when i switched to borg for about $3,000 notice from post office came in about 3 days i picked up next day cashed it so 4 days all around.

Makes no sense to withdraw via check when you can withdraw via E-CHECK and they deposit it right into your account. It's your fault.

You can't echeck if you never deposited. Some players may be holding off on using their first bonus deposit.
