I won the Sunday satellite 2 times to win 2, 5k packages. Originally I received an email explaining how the 5k for the 1st package is distributed, and that I will receive 5k in tournament dollars. A week went by, no tournament dollars so I emailed again. They responded telling me I have to use the other package, and only the 4th package becomes tournament dollars. Very shady. I'm not sure how I can use the other package, so it sounds like I won a tournament and partypoker wins 5k. Can't call customer support, they know nothing and put u on hold until they tell you they don't have answers. And email support can't explain anything much better. I have such a sour taste in my mouth from partypoker.

I got a 3rd and different response now. Now I'm getting $3,500 tournament dollars in an amount of time that they can't tell me. Emailed back asking about the other $1500. Taste is still sour. Don't know why I wouldn't get 5k in tournament dollars. They collected $5000 towards the prize pool.

You should definitely get $5000 and promptly. These sites really need to figure out what they are doing in these kind of situations.

Hopefully sooner than later. Pretty beat that I have no clue what's going on and I won the 2nd package almost 2 weeks ago. I had patience for about a week. Now it's just ridiculous. I've been playing tournaments with my own cash after winning 5k. Supposed to be a legit site, I should have had 5k in tournament dollars or cash in my account as soon as the tournament was over. I'm just getting run around by partypoker. I've received 3 different answers in 2 weeks, and still have no clue what's going on.

what are you talking about? If that happened it would be even worse for the poker site.. Now that poker is regulated, it going to be real difficult to sites to just be judge, jury, and executioner. Am I missing something?

what? how is there any decision here? he won 2 packages, he clearly gets something for winning. the only decision you need to make is if he gets cash or tourney dollars for the $5k

Why don't you guys hire people who actually know how the poker industry works? Your site collected $5k in buy ins..or guaranteed 1 $5k package. Therefore that translates into the player winning getting ALL $5,000. Tough concept right?

It's scary, the stuff that goes on with these NJ online poker sites.

At first I thought they were trying to gain an unfair advantage or get one of over on us.

Now I'm starting to think they are just this stupid. I'm now sitting here actually trying to decide which one is worse.
