Not every customer is required to upload the utility bills. It is only requested from patrons where the system could not verify their address upon account registration.
We have simplified our verification process and of late we have included many new types of documents which are acceptable. Those are:
Gas Bill , Electricity Bill,Water Bill, Land Line Phone Bill /Mobile Phone Bill - Not more than three months old.
Cable Bill , Rent Lease /Rental Agreement - Valid for the period
Mortgage letters /Insurance renewal copy / Insurance copy issued recently
