Geo location and verification clearly are a main concern for us and we continue to work hard behind the scenes to make improvements. Please remember to regularly check FAQ’s which we are updating over time as the situation improves.
Re: Buggy Lobby.
We are constantly looking to improve performance and optimize your ability to use the features you like. If you have any specific issues please contact support with the following info:
• Your screen/account name.
• The date and time the last issue occurred.
• The number of tables and tournament lobbies which were open / being played at the time.
• The time elapsed since you started playing (session time).
• Details of any third party tools you were using at the time.
• What other programs you were running at this time.
