Gags you make some good points. I don't agree %100 bc I think I maybe someone who would play just for badbeat. I don't really care about this that much. I think there are more important things like PAYOUT STRUCTURES.

Any idea when the other sunday majors will start? the $500 high roller,2nd chance, etc?

The sunday 50k has WAY too good of a structure for the late start time. Anyone who has to work a real job on Monday morning does not want to stay up until 3-4am playing this thing. If you want to start it so late, 15 min levels would be fine. If you want to keep the 20 min levels it needs to be moved up to 2-4pm. Then you can fit your 2nd chance in at like 6-8pm with 10-12 min levels or something.

I guess this belongs in this thread. Something needs to happen with the rake of these SNGs. Nothing really runs over $20 with any consistency. The rake is just out of control. There are pretty much 2 options. Keep the rake the same and generate 0 in rake. Or decrease it to compete with others in the industry and actually make some money for yourselves. At the current rake, nothing big will go. Its sad. But the juice you are charging for heads up turbo SNGs is insulting to the players.

def agree on this point but it fits their whole payout structure in general. So I don't see them changing this unless they do a complete overall which doesn't seem too likely. Getting people to play should be the first step. Then go from there.

They don't care, they said they would change the structure, that was 3 weeks ago. And still not a single thing has been done. Seriously beg and pray pokerstars never gets a license you will be wiped out over night with your lackluster support/software/rewards system

Some comments on a few of your posts:

The $50K Sunday:

The $50K is slightly later in the day and does possess a slow structure with a large starting stack. Sunday night’s tournament finished at around 3.30am and, as we expect a significant increase in player numbers in next week’s event, we will be closely monitoring the length of time this tournament takes with a view to potentially making some amendments.

I’ll report back on this next week but in the meantime please keep your suggestions coming in.

We are currently looking at improving the tournament reminder functionality. In the meantime please feel free to close the reminder pop-up after tournament registration. This will not affect your registration to the tournament.

888 has 10K freeroll every night
There used to be a 5K guarantee at party for $10 and i don't see it the past two days

For 2 days in a row Party/Borgata has been advertising their Daily Guaranteed tournaments by Twitter, inclient announcements, website etc. Yet, they have not been offering them. That's bad. What's even worse though, is did not mention it to the players before hand, and have ignored all emails, tweets, and posts on this forum.

I understand it's Chritsmas, but I am very disappointed that they would act this way. I really hope fluke mistake and not a sign of what were in for in the future.

Pigs would fly before Stars would ever treat their players like this.

i'm all for tournaments having good structures, but the daily 10k structure is kind of way too deep.

tonight it's a 122 person tournament...it's been currently running for 4 hours and 15 minutes and we're still 7 people away from the money....

this is just absurd. that's just wayyyyy too long.

i'd suggest changing it to 5k starting stacks, would make it go faster while still keeping a good structure

i'd guess it's just for new year's eve, since no one plays today.

had a 11k prizepool yesterday, so the 10k guarantee is being met, woudlnt' think they'd change it

I realize this is a very minor improvement idea but here goes. Take off that darn BJ link at the top right of the tournament window. I believe I've clicked on that about 6 or 7 times and its quite annoying. It's also a scumbag thing to do because they know addictive people will also hit that by accident. Just my 2 cents.

You can unclick the box, display casino game button, in the options. You also can restrict the casino games for a few days, months or forever. It wasn't the easiest thing to find, but it is in there.
