Ticket Exchange Policy Hurting Players And PartyPoker

The current ticket exchange policy is capricious and arbitrary.
Not only does it rob players of the freedom to use their tournament dollars as they see fit, it also discourages them from playing in further qualifier tournaments.
And the results have also led to PartyPoker having smaller fields for many of the NJCOP events.
This policy never should have been changed in the first place. It's time to fix it.

As an example of how arbitrary it is, currently $50 GSSS tickets are still able to be used, but not others. Why? I'm sure people would rather use these tickets if they had the option.
