The software for Party Poker is huge joke. 20 people left in the 50k Guaranteed i'm sitting with 120k in chips 15th place or so, and I get kicked off randomly! After 8 hours straight not a single issue all of a sudden I get booted off and location thing pops up, than I get a blank login screen when I try to relog in. Still haven't gotten back in and I've already been blinded out. SO PISSED! Had a good shot to atleast final table for a couple thousand. maybe even win the whole thing for 12k and now I'm stuck with +300 for 19th place for 8 hours of work. Taking my money and going to wsop.com. Unreal.

yea bro, even though i got knocked out from the 50k, I was in some other tournies and sngs... watching my stack get blinded away from the minority still on min raising....they better fix this, but I'm not too sure how they can...

hopefully party will do the right thing and do a chip chop from when everyone first started getting d/c with about 22 players left

They need to refund all tournaments for the day. There were login issues in the morning as well. I want a refund for all tournaments that I played, including the 50K.

was about to make a thread about the $2K GTD, $2 R+A. Was in 2nd place and got kicked off via geolocation, then the same thing with the blank login screen. Ended up watching myself blind out for a min-cash...

I added on chips and then got kicked off lol.

Mine happened right after the add-on too. I'm going to make the thread, and hopefully people who had the same issue can at least be refunded the add-ons they weren't able to play with.

I had 252K when I was kicked out of the party 50K.

Last hand I was able to play started at 23:07:17. Just saw that they are sending out an email saying the tournament cancelled at 00:44:58 and refunds are being dispersed based on the chips everyone had at that time.

That was the time when the last player was finally disconnected and the tournament was cancelled. Last player was twoiron and he accumulated over 1M before that finally happened.

I had over 220k in chips and was in 6th when this happened. I was refunded $660 which was a amount i would have made if I had 1 chip left. They caught this issue way too late. I talked to support and they said they will escalate my issue but who even knows when or if we will see the money.

Also I have a 6 minute video of this all happening.

Do you know the payout structure? Did you happen to catch it in your recording?

Its hard for me to do any real ICM calculations because they took the lobby down. They gave me a little over $2100, and I should have gotten a little more I think.

I had 125kish when most the players got kicked off, got blinded out in 17th and didnt get anything more than 17th place money.

Called support today but that wasnt any help. I play on the Borgata poker skin

How did you guys play to make it that far? Did you play awful? Suck out on people? If so, you shouldn't get any refund. Tell me your online names and I'll be the judge of how bad you are. I can tell Jseeley is probably really bad since he blocks out his name in the chat.

How many players were there?

There was 22 when i was disconnected. They didnt cancel the tournement until there was like 12 or 13 left, which was when the last person in the tournament was finally disconnected.

And that is the point in which they used to refund everyone last night.

Sorry, I meant to ask what the total field size was. Anyone know that?

But I appreciate the information about when the disconnects / cancellation occurred. Pretty poor handling of a high profile tournament if what's described ITT is accurate.

about 365 from what i remember

We experienced brief technical issues on 03/08/2013 and 03/09/2013 due to which players on few tournaments were disconnected and could not resume the tournament as their log-in credentials were not accepted.
The issue has been resolved, all the tournaments affected were cancelled and eligible players were refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy. We apologize for the inconvenience. Questions about refunds can be clarified by contacting Customer Care.

Party_Rep do you even read the posts before you copy and paste that crap into the forums? THE SERVER DISCONNECTED WITH 22 PEOPLE LEFT, so everyone from 13-22 gets paid out for a 22nd place finish? and you split the money up with everyone from 1-13 because that's when you idiots realized the server crashed? That's really pathetic, not to mention i've emailed 3 support agents and have not gotten a single response. ACCORDING to your policy
Sit & Go and Multi-table tournaments

Players who have been eliminated from a tournament before cancellation for technical reasons will lose their buy-in and entry fee.

Any players still competing in a tournament when it is cancelled for technical reason will be refunded as follows:

1. Each player will be awarded prize money equal to the amount that would have been awarded to the next player to be eliminated.

2. After prize money has been allocated according to point 1, 50% of the remaining prize pool will be distributed equally between the remaining players, and 50% will be distributed on a percentage basis according to the remaining players' chip count at the time of cancellation.

3. The remaining players will also be refunded their entry fee.


THIS SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED ACCORDING TO 22 PEOPLE LEFT NOT the 13 WHO WERE ABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE THAT DISCONNECTED.
