I am trying to buy a GSSS ticket to the main event for 2000 points in the store yet when i try to check out, a message pops up saying "an error has occured please contact CS".

After sending support multiple emails, they just said they are looking into it yet nothing has been done yet. The event starts in 3 hours so I'm not really sure what i should do now.

Anyone else having this issue?

I had that happen to me once when I ordered an item, I did the following...went to my browser(chrome) cleared my history, then restarted my macbook pro, and when I logged back into PP I tried again and it worked. Hope that helps. Let me know how you do. GL playing.
