Players have been able to raise their concerns with the management team concerning screen name change since we disallowed the changing of screen names regularly
Should a name change be permitted - this is a management decision and due to exceptional circumstances

I will comment on an individual situation or the player in question

As I have said - please address any further concerns to the customer service teams via email

Just so were clear management doesn't approve every request. CS reps have done it with a reason provided in live chat. I know at least 2 people who have had name changes done this way.

I guess I didnt know your average live chat rep was management....

Absolutely not. Its clear who has had name changes, and its unbelievable you cant figure out how it has been done. Im sure CS reps have had no real answer on this either. Everything Party does is one way one day and another the next, no wonder why CS reps have been able to do it so easily. Train your employees better, have management who understands wtf they are doing or hire ones that understand what they're doing, and this wouldnt be an issue. Its hilarious you guys cant figure this stuff out.

There is a guy who was called JustADrm (not sure on the caps) with a unique picture. He changed his name to JustADream with the same picture. I personally have no problem with that; it's obviously the same guy and the name change is trivial, but I have a hard time thinking of a compelling story of why he needed a name change but then kept it clear who he was.

It concerns me that you state "CS reps should NOT be changing screen names unless they have management approval" and not "It is not possible for CS reps to change screen names, only managers have that ability."

This is a possibility.

I vaguely remember this user being discussed before due to his "unique picture."

What I was really asking was if there were specific other users people knew about. But it seems like those who claim to know of other cases don't want to talk about who they are.

And yes, Party should be able to determine that on their own. But practice and theory are two different things.
