Software Should Not Sit You Out During Hand if GeoLocation Fails Software Should Not Sit You Out During Hand if GeoLocation Fails

I know that the Party/Borgata team is working hard to correct the geolocation issues that are plaguing a large percentage of users within NJ. With that said, I highly recommend that they stop making players sit out DURING a hand if geolocation fails.

I am usually able to login to the software, but sporadically I get a message saying that I am not in NJ. Usually, within 10-15 seconds after that, it will say that I am back in NJ. Obviously I have not changed my internet connection or location during this time.

Several times I have lost money as a result of being sat out during a hand and having to fold. This is extremely unfortunate, and judging from the table chat that I have seen, is deterring many players from playing on the site.

What I suggest is for the software to sit you out AFTER the hand is over. In other words, if you fail a geolocation test, the software should wait until the hand is completed to sit you out. This will prevent the financial losses that I describe above. It is bad enough that NJ residents are having difficulty playing on the site. They shouldn't have to lose money because of it.

The software already waits until the hand is over to sit you out, so you haven't lost money because of being sat out unless it was due to being blinded out in a tournament,.

This unfortunately has not been my experience.

Your "experience" is literally impossible

Could you explain why it is impossible? Once I was dealt a hand and the message came up and it sat me out, forcing me to fold the hand. A second time it sat me out when I was first to act, but then let me come back in the hand after the guy in position bet. So I missed the action but got reconnected after my opponent acted.
