SNG Leaderboard not updating correctly!

Is anyone else on here having problems with the SNG leaderboard on Borgata/ Party Poker? I am currently 4th in the leaderboard and should easily have more points then I have been credited. I noticed that I had around 312 points before playing a SNG, won the SNG and only received 2 points. Later in the day I played another short session and this time I received 0 points despite coming in 2nd for the SNG. I had the same problem a couple weeks ago but decided to just take the week off instead.

Did you ever contact customer service?

Did they do anything to try and resolve this for you?

Yes, I talked to a couple of the reps and I never heard anything back regarding leaderboard points. The first person I spoke with was not helpful and told me the leaderboard points do not update automatically. Obviously this is not true. While playing yesterday I did not experience any problems until later in the day. However, during the late afternoon I noticed BOTH Hi and Lo points were not credited.

As I previously mentioned I has the same problem 2 weeks ago, and I never heard anything back from the rep. I emailed and talked to reps on Saturday, and this issue has not been resolved.

Played on Borgata and Party today and did not get credited with any points. Along with this I did not receive any $T yet. Can a Rep please explain the issue with the leaderboard this week?

Based upon the comments in the other thread, it seems likely there is a global problem with the site not giving the correct number of points to everybody. So it's bigger than just this promotion.

As for why the promotion has not paid out yet, it's anybody's guess. Usually doesn't happen till Monday night. So by tomorrow you should have it. Let us know.

The payouts are very quick. I usually receive the $T around 12-12:30am on Tuesday.

However, the leaderboard is not accurate and sometimes does not credit points. This is extremely frustrating due to the variance, collusion that takes place(seen it a few times), and time and effort put into the leaderboard.

Yeah I have seen it too, or at least I think I have. There are so many bad players, when they fold on the money bubble for less than 1BB, sometimes they just suck. But the few times I have made the mistake of saying something, there is always some excuse. SnG always have the risk of some collusion / soft play.

Hopefully this leaderboard will be fixed soon and we won't have to talk about this any more.

.... still no response after a few days.

I'm sure I have won the most or 2nd from these SnGs yet they count everyone else's leaderboard points besides mine. My best guess is they are upset I used a reload bonus while playing the SnGs/ won $150T from their freeroll.

Feel pretty confident it most likely has nothing to do with that.

They could care less about who banks money from their freerolls and bonuses.

They simply have no connection to their customer service process, and are structured in such a way that you can be pretty sure you will almost never hear back from them.

It is still a possibility though. After I won the $T and played some SnGs, my points stopped tracking while other players still earned points. I could have easily lost 3rd for the high, and could have won 1st for the low leaderboard. However all of the sudden both low and high stopped tracking for me. The next day the same problem persisted(even while other people earned points). My best hunch is they are upset that I used all my $T towards the leader board, used a reload bonus, and only played $20s. I only say this because it seems like no one else is having this problem besides me.

Seems like they will not credit me for any points this week on Borgata. I clearly played and won a couple SnGs that were not counted towards the leaderboard. Borgata claims they are right and I should have 0 points for the week. Along with this, they will not admit that some of my points stopped tracking on Sunday night.

Would be nice if the SnG regs could chime in. I really doubt they will take my side since they want more fish in their games.

i should have a few points this week which i dont. for me its not even worth the headache trying to resolve it as im not trying to score any leaderboard prizes.

out of principle its fu*ked up though- that its not working and theyve done nothing

The headache is not worth it. I am highly disappointed in Borgata and that they lied to me. I withdrew a hefty sum of money and will never trust that site again.

The leaderboard issue was fully investigated and was a display issue
All points should have now been correctly added to accounts and the display updated correctly.

Thanks for the feedback, Colette. However the display was not the problem with the leaderboards last week(you could still view your points on PP). I could not pursue the SnG leaderboards last week due to some glitch with the leaderboards(and lost out on $T the previous Sunday because of this problem). SnG points were not credited onto my account until Friday last week. This had nothing to do with the display(other people were still earning points).

This was not an issue with the display, valuable SnG points were not credited. I checked on the Party Poker leaderboards(where there was no display issue) and there were no points credited. I am not sure if anyone else experienced this problem, but it effected me. I could have potentially lost hundreds of dollars last Sunday because of this "display" issue. It is highly unlikely that their would have been a resolution to this "glitch".

This isn't true at all, last week's leaderboard wasn't corrected and this week's isn't up on either website or in the Borgata client.

Haha... leaderboard is still busted. How can I trust the MTT and HU Leaderboards now?!! Whole site is tainted.

It sometimes tracks the points, and sometimes does not. Maybe if you multi-table the points are not rewarded correctly? Anyone else having this problem?

As far as the team are aware there were no issues with the points calculations but rather the display

I am playing on Borgata but the leaderboards are showing as the same. This last weeks leaderboard:

My name is jph181, I should have 1500-1800 points. It looks like only a third of points are counting. It's not just me, everyone at the tables is complaining that their points aren't tabulating. I don't know that it is effecting the overall outcome of the leaderboard but it is causing people not to complete because they don't trust the leaderbaord. The liquidity of the games is suffering. There is action on Mondays than it declines as everyone realizes it's messed up again. Yesterday (Tuesday) not a single $50 went all night.

Appreciate the feedback, Colette. However it seems the tech team/ promo team does not know what they are doing. I had a very simple problem that should have been resolved easily, yet they could not offer any help. The tech/promo team was so inept I consequently withdrew a sizable portion of my bankroll, decided not to spend any points on Comp Dollars, and will never spend a dime at the Borgata. I am hoping the Borgata decays along with the rest of AC.
