You are very good at answering and solving the issues that we bring up in this forum and you aren't even a customer service rep. Why is it that you are able to solve our issues, not beat around the bush, and get right to it, but customer service handles things very poorly. Seems like a paradox.
This is an issue of authority.
PartyPoker / Borgata does not empower their CS reps to do anything. Therefore, they must train them to deflect / deny / evade. On the other hand, Collette has been given more authority and gets to talk to more groups. So she has a better chance of finding the problem.
In the end, a group of people who are trained to just tell us "no, we can't help you" has very limited usefulness IMHO.
