The team have discussed re adding these and decided the $100 6-Max SNG will return very soon - we are hoping to include these next week for Week1 of the weekly leaderboards

Either there is some nasty lag with the leaderboard updating tonight or its not calculating my points correctly. I've shipped a few tournies tonight, but my points are not updating, yet I see other players points updating. Hopefully its just a lag issue.

The leaderboard is def messed up and not calculating correctly. I see everyone else updating, but my points. My points have no changed since yesterday afternoon while others have. I def should have more points especially after winning and a few last night and taking 2nd in a few others. Help.

P.S. - Yes I contacted customer support, but no response.

No I have no points at all in the high leader board which I shouldn't so they are not going there.

Looks like my $10s weren't counted either so when they removed them from the high leaderboard they weren't added correctly to the low. Simple problem, so I would expect a fix in the next 24-48 days.

Also the dates and payouts are wrong on the low leaderboard (thru Borgata at least). On the high side they just copy and pasted the whole promo which includes low promo detail..confusing. Usual amateurish BS we are stuck with in NJ because we don't generate enough revenue for anyone to GAF.

How hard is it to calculate the leaderboard points correctly?!?! This is obviously a major concern.

you guys even bother updating the promos page anymore?

Payouts are incorrect and dates still say February.

"The Grind" still stuck in February also

I know not to expect much from you guys as far customer service and keeping things updated goes, but 3 months is a little crazy.

Hi all

Regarding the leaderboard issue we have identified the issue
The set up was incorrect causing the $10 6 max not to be counted towards the current leaderboard.
All players participating in this tournament will be compensated for all the 6 max games they play in. The team will likely will be manually adding the points and compensating/updating appropriately next week after the 1st leaderboard ends.
We will ensure this issue is rectified in full for the next leaderboard

You are very good at answering and solving the issues that we bring up in this forum and you aren't even a customer service rep. Why is it that you are able to solve our issues, not beat around the bush, and get right to it, but customer service handles things very poorly. Seems like a paradox.

This is an issue of authority.

PartyPoker / Borgata does not empower their CS reps to do anything. Therefore, they must train them to deflect / deny / evade. On the other hand, Collette has been given more authority and gets to talk to more groups. So she has a better chance of finding the problem.

In the end, a group of people who are trained to just tell us "no, we can't help you" has very limited usefulness IMHO.

Wow! This was a great promotion! This should be a staple for Borg/PP. When will the next leaderboard be announced? Also any considerations for adding dons or 9m sngs?
