Isolated incident? Is that a serious answer or an attempt at humor. When players get disconnected during play, strong hands are folded. Resulting in a loss of hard earned cash. I assume you take the seriousness of this matter lightly.
All other clients work just fine. It is clearly, without question, a problem on the servers end.
During the first repeated disconnect, I did contact your rep. I was informed the case was being escalated and I would be contacted once there was some form of resolve. Well, that was on the day of this OP. I have yet been contacted by anyone.
Documentation holds up. I'm sure your legal dept is aware.
