What is going on today with this software? Server issues?

My disconnect issues became so severe I had to remove the software. But only to find out that the download wasn't working properly. Coming through as an incomplete file.

And of course, Sabweet, the rep in Zimbabwe was oh so helpful..

Sounds like you are having a personal connection issue. I have had no disconnects today. Where are you located? Are you in a rural area?

It may be an isolated case of disconnection since we have not received similar complaints from other players. Request you to contact customer case so that we
can help you with troubleshooting steps and subsequently rectify any connection issues.

No way this is an isolated incident. Definitely affected other people at my table. Spotty connection for the past 20 minutes at least; was just dealt kings and connection was lost. Awesome.

Now today, from around 3:30 PM EST there have been repeated disconnection problem on both Party and Borgata. I am running other sites with no problems, so it's not an internet connection issue.

Are you aware of widespread connection issues today?

Is anybody else here experiencing this?

same here... connection issues seems to be affecting other players at table as well..

Connection issues here as well. You can't just say its isolated until the roar of people gets so loud you can't possibly explain it away. Come look over my shoulder on a daily basis and you can see what the problems are.

We all agree there are connection issues today.

The only time I thought it was isolated was during the time the original user posted, which was this past weekend.

Party_Rep is playing catch up with the old posts so we all have to realize it will take a while. They are literally replying to posts from weeks ago.

It just happened on Borgata about 15 minutes ago.

I got disconnected and had to restart the program.
There was NOBODY at any table when I logged back in, so I can only assume the site had crashed.
This was at Borgata online.

My internet connection is fine. I was reading news sites without a problem the whole time.

I can't believe they can't fix all these issues, and that they're even allowed to run games online with server problems.

i get kicked off 90% of the days i play at least once, but usually fine after coming back. The last few days have been extremely bad for me (4-5 times disconnect) and for a bunch of players it seems.

I get connection issues all the time ... For your party rep to sit here and always try and say it's not party's fault is infuriating

Isolated incident? Is that a serious answer or an attempt at humor. When players get disconnected during play, strong hands are folded. Resulting in a loss of hard earned cash. I assume you take the seriousness of this matter lightly.

All other clients work just fine. It is clearly, without question, a problem on the servers end.

During the first repeated disconnect, I did contact your rep. I was informed the case was being escalated and I would be contacted once there was some form of resolve. Well, that was on the day of this OP. I have yet been contacted by anyone.

Documentation holds up. I'm sure your legal dept is aware.

Got disconnected 7 times within the same tournament on 11/8. As a result, I did not register for any more on that day. I was playing on Borgata, and the "health" web page also was not responding, so I would guess the problem is within the server hardware or router/switch... Maybe you were getting DDOS attacked... whatever the reason, someone needs to monitor this better.
