"Session Limit" "Session Limit"

02-05-2015 , 12:05 AM
I'm getting kicked off every night at 11 o clock because of my session limit... which is supposed to be for a number of hours that I play in a day but instead kicks me off at 23:00 every night. How can I shut this off RIGHT NOW? All of these security features were activated on my account out of nowhere...

I can't take this company anymore.

I get this randomly. Not sure why it happens or when but it usually goes away.

But we'll never go away.

I've had so many headaches with party poker & feeling cheated, but I'm not a liar to me.
I know I'm staying.

I work & workout so much & tbh playing poker with everyone online is all I do on my 1 day off.

I'm staying right here.

Wow. Did I just try to make another thread about me?

I think I need a life coach

LOL, weren't you the one that ripped that player a new one, the player who posted that they were looking for a poker mentor? LOL Ironic but I thought you were 100% correct in that post in everything you said. I just thought it was a funny parallel. :-D

If we enjoy who are, then we can enjoy what we do.

I believe we do not need a coach in poker, but rather a coach in life to mentor us in the right direction to enjoying who we are. Therefore, we must seek guidance in the game of life in order to like who we are.

Seeking help in the game of poker is using a direct approach, or rather a shortcut in becoming a winner.

You must first win the battle from within yourself, before you think you can win any battles outside yourself.

When we can conquer the battles from within, then we can become our own poker coach; for we will enjoy who we are, thus enjoy what we are setting out to do.

Mikeymer may have a head start without even knowing it. Most of us will seek help regarding "responsible gaming" through private researching or will read up on others threads lost somewhere deep in these forums.
Conversely, Mikey posted a brand new topic right at the top of the "Party Poker" section for all of his competitors to see & read. I find such behavior utterly admirable & remarkable. He cares 0 of how he may be perceived or judged, & the dude just wants answers.
I'm willing to believe such a character trait is indicative of his behavior in his poker game. He probably plays in an unorthodox fashion, mixes his game up, & if his approach backfires at times, he hasn't a care in the world how he may be judged.
Mike has either developed such a strong character trait innately or someone taught him along his journey of life.

Am I skeptical of his behavior toward his inner conflict with handling his issue with party poker? Indeed. Do I think he should stop worrying about not being able to play after 11pm & search for a silver lining in such present uncontrollable factors? Yes indeed.

Nevertheless, mike you have a head start. Use your carefree character to your advantage & only control what u have the power to control.

In life, we all could use a coach; for none of us knows that we know anything.

To clarify. I logged into Borgata one day, and trying to sit at my 7th-8th table, and a responsible gaming window popped up. It said I exceeded my buyin threshhold. So I searched the client, found the responsible gaming tab, and set everything to the max so I wouldn't have to be bothered by this again. I set the playing hours for 23 out of 24 hours in a day, just to be safe (to be clear, i never intended on playing a 23 hour session, i just wanted essentially "no limit"). Now, every night I am kicked off my tables at 11pm (or 23:00, I doubt this is a coincidence) , as if I have a gaming curfew, and it is irritating. I get home from work at around 9pm when I am busy and cannot possibly get the poker hours I want to get in if this isn't changed.

The confusion is because the software cannot do what you want it to do. True, it interprets 23 out of 24 hours as 11 PM. If you want it to essentially have "no limit" the only way is to disable all "responsible gaming" limits on poker.

Mike your in a rough spot. I'm assuming you'd like to look forward to playing poker while your at work & not have this curfew dilemma.

But to be honest , you shouldn't be playing 23 hours a day anyway dude.

lol PartyPoker is the nut low.

No reason to be playing on PartyPoker with WSOP in Nj. Better MTTs, better cash games, better support etc.

not better cash games
