I asked customer service for help regarding this issue, but the rep on the line surely had never played poker before in her lifetime. It was the most awkward conversation on the phone. I felt very dumb for the both of us & had to immediately hang up. I was scarred all day from the terribly awkward experience we both had on the phone with each other . I was in fear all day that she was feeling as unpleasant as I was. I wanted to call her back & say ...
"Don't worry. Your not alone. Your not alone"
I asked the rep how I can adjust my "betting bar" in order for me to use my mouse to bet an "exact amount" to the nearest dollar or cent. We completely lost each other & I soon felt terribly weird & hung up.
Can anyone help me make an exact bet with my mouse; thus, w/o having to use the keyboard?
I don't care if I sound foolish. I would just like some feedback.

Pretty amazing, you have to ask a question about the software, but since they don't really have any software people, you have to ask someone who doesn't know what poker is. Pretty standard customer service.

Funny I just had a conversation today where we remarked how most corporate customer services' sole function these days seems to be to train you to not bother calling anymore.
