A couple of days ago in the "Party Poker crashes and disconnects nightly thread" I posted about a frustrating situation that I had. The PartyPoker Rep asked me to contact her and she would have the situation dealt with. Two days later, I received a phone call with an apology for the situation, an explanation for what happened, and an offer of goodwill on top of it. I am very appreciative of this, and I am happy to say that I feel valued as a Party/Borgata customer.
Even better, I haven't seen an "establishing connection" popup in 2 days. So perhaps things are getting better on that front as well.
That's good news. I am especially happy to hear about the offer of "goodwill" since they generally have not done anything like that in the past. Maybe we can all have some of our issues resolved and leave with a better feeling about the future of PP in NJ.
