Anyone know why the entry fees to the mtts went up?
I purchased a tourny ticket to the 10k tonight and the ticket never showed up in my account lol. I'm assuming it has something to do with the entry price changes. Called support nothing they can do but escalate my case like always lol. It is really always something with this site. Really needs to get their **** together

i stopped playing there a while ago but my friend pointed out the other day borgata is still running there daily 50k ticket freeroll at 200$. guess those ticket winners are in for a rude awakening

Yeah it's a joke, then you call the cs and they can't even speak English. They lady asked me if my ticket was "creed on" I said what she said creed on. I said did you just ask if my ticket is creed on? She said yes sir please check. I said you do realize what you just said makes no sense at all? Funny thinking about it now, but my blood was boiling while talking to her lol

It's great they finally raised buyins. They are gonna replace the tickets too.

Funny how people just default to complain anytime something changes.

The tickets are in the process of being updated and existing tickets will be changed for the new tickets

Did I ever complain about the buyins going up, or did I ask why? Idk you tell me. I have every right to complain about purchasing a ticket and not being able to use it. They never once stated anywhere that all your previous tournament tickets would expire or that the ones you purchase will be no good. Also when you call supprt the only thing they ever say is we will escalate this case I have never called support from this site and got a solution not once. I do enjoy playing there but some things do need to change.

the buy ins going up arent bad. whats bad is they shouldve updated the tickets along with the implementation of the increased buy-ins. not increasing the buy-ins and leaving those with tickets that are suddenly (though temporarily) unusable waiting/ panicking feeling they're getting screwed over hanging without further clarification that the tickets will be updated and switched accordingly at some point and will be usable.

if they couldn't handle updating the tickets at the same time as the increased buy in they couldve simply sent a generic email (which they seem very good at using) to the players simply informing them that if they had such tickets not to worry they will be switched to usable tickets accordingly.

im glad to hear they are doing the right thing with the tickets but its disappointing to see they are still doing things in ways that tarnishes their image in a very limited market.

hope so. emailed PPnjCS about 4 days ago and my 200$ tik is still in the inactive section/cant use it.

Borg replaced 2 50$ tiks with 55$ tix on Sept 2. didnt even have to email them.
