This is just an FYI to players.

I processed a withdrawal for about $400 on Party, and they very quickly executed a $400 deposit to my bank account. Only problem is that they processed an unauthorized debit of the exact same amount on the exact same day. My poker account has not been credited the money back so it looks like they screwed this up.

I'm ready to queue the circus music.

Just a one off case. they process millions every day.Silly and misleading thread.

I saw at least 1 other person had this problem. I'm sure they will correct but it certainly is a pain.

I didn't deposit. It appears the processor processed the cash out and then "took it back".

Same thing happened to me. I emailed them and will see what they say. Im kind of thinking maybe the echeck didnt clear yet and the bank auto processed both. not really sure.

We have corrected this issue and all withdrawals beginning 12/06/2013 should be posted correctly. Any old payments which were reversed, would be auto credited to the "withdrawn to" bank accounts by this week.

I'm stuck with the same exact issue right now. It's been 11 days, just checked my bank account and still haven't received the money. I feel I'm out $800 right now.

I emailed support 3 days ago and no reply. Not even a "we're aware of the issue and are working on it."

Looks like a rep replied saying this has been resolved. Anyone have the same issue and get it resolved?
