personally i stopped with the feedback cuz it seems to fall on deaf ears , even when things are promised on here from the feedback there are very little changes

The most important thing is to give players the option to TURN OFF TOURNAMENT NOTIFICATIONS.

They are the reason the client crashes. It did it again today. It happens all the time. It only crashes when the tournament notification pops up. It has cost me several thousand dollars. When is this going to happen?!

If anything cost u thousands the only place to look is from with-in.

Not that I should need to defend myself but here:

• I have been playing online since day 1.
• I play lots of tables.
• Every time it boots me, my cards disappear.
• MOST of the time my buttons disappear so even if i remember my cards, i don't have the option to do anything.
• Every time this happens, it sits me out and for some reason forces me to post a blind if i want a hand even if its before my BB.
• This happened multiple times a day for the first year or so.

Soo yes, i would wager a lot of money that this has cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.

I would like to see better/more detailed card design on the mobile app, like the computer cards. That's about the only complaint I have so far.

I wanted to gather some feedback regarding our Daily $5K GTD $50 buy-in
We recently moved the start time from 7pm to 8pm
We have reviewed performance and we are considering a change to the start time to 6:30pm

Thoughts?

A. Keep it at 8pm
B. Lets go with 6:30pm

personally for me depending on my work day the 6pm hour is the time im most likely not to play. usually im still getting settled, cooking, taking care of other matters , etc before i can put my attention to potential poker. plus if i play the early afternoon times for a few hours or what not i prefer to give myself a break to refresh myself for the evening action

it depends on whether you r looking to cater to the masses who work 9-5's or those who have the free time to grind many hours everyday.

id say if your going to move it back move it back to 7 again. its a happier medium imo. summers here and if i go away for say a day/afternoon trip personally im likely to be getting home 6-7:30ish on average.

Why is 7:30 not an option? 6:30 is borderline too early IMHO. If 8 is too late, maybe 7:30 works and won't conflict with the 10K.

Fix the Tournament Break Bug.

Before the new schedule, all the tournaments used to go on break at 55 minutes past the hour.

Now, a lot of new tournaments do not go on break for those 5 minutes. I really sucks to not be able to take the break because 1 tournament out of the 5 I am playing is not on break.

It seems to affect any tournament that starts at either 45 or 50 minutes past the hour. Then, after that first hour, these same tournaments do go on break.

This is one of the most obvious types of errors. Don't know how it got introduced in the first place. But if you could fix this, that would be great.

While I remember that we discussed this in another thread, the situation was never changed from the point of view of the tournaments as far I know. There are still many tournaments that simply keep running during the break. This seems to affect every tournament that starts at 45 past the hour or later, but only for the first hour / break.

Today I will post the tournaments that I play that continue running during the break, as you have requested. Hope that helps.

i was really referring to the micro series you ran once not whatever big suped up series the global skin runs.

so realistically then i take it we shouldnt expect any more affordable buy ins to be run anytime soon. this would potentially boost your gameplay by the recs.

also so since we have njcop and gsss then that means for the entire rest of the year we shouldnt expect any other series to be run as weve already used those up?!?! if so that could get mundane very quickly

The 7:50 PM and 9:50 PM $50 Freerolls also had no breaks the first hour.

I understand its not ideal - however, the micro series didn't really seem to suit the current player base.

I would be interested in some feedback regarding some regular tournaments we could add to the schedule to interest the lower stakes players?

Twitter says there is a HU mtt today, however, none in lobby. Stop running spam advertisements for mtts that don't exist

Some questions

1) Can I deposit on WSOP.com using a credit card?
2) If one deposits with a credit card can they cash out via check? Or what are the cash out methods?
3) Do you have to "clear" a certain amount of rake before you can cash out? Like if I deposit $5,000 and decide i dont want to play there anymore even after like 500 hands, will they allow me to cash out my full balance?
