It will say I have X promotions, but nothing shows up when I go to the promotions tag.

Anything on this? I still cannot see anything on my promotions page so I have not been able to participate in any October promotions

I still can't see anything, which means I can't opt in to any promotion like the gladiator promotion I just got emailed about. Is there any way to actually opt in to these things other than through the client? Is it broken in all clients or if I go through the pain of installing the phone app will I be able to see them there? (I know when Stars challenges flaked out they also were broken in the phone app, and I use secure passwords that I keep in a password vault on the PC, so it's a pita to actually log in on my phone).

It's silly, but the little daily scratchers and promos really impact where I play, not in a "fix this or I won't give you action" way, in a "hey, these are kind of fun" little things which get me on the site and checking the games. (Candidly, in that respect I feel like a typical fishy consumer being manipulated by a skinner box, but humans gonna human)

try logging in thru the browser and not the software to c and activate the promos. if you dont feel comfy playing thru the browser then simply log back in through the software.

worked for me in the past but doesnt always

Now 2 months later and I still can't see them. I tried going in through the web site but I couldn't easily get the web client to work (I think I would have needed to change some of my security settings and policy, and I'm not doing that).

This is resolved now, I had to delete some folders in my appdata directory.

Hi, these were the steps provided, please try and follow up. If you have any issues we will be happy to assist you further.

Run -> %appdata%

remove partynj folder under
\AppData\Roaming
\AppData\Roaming\cef3-cache
\AppData\Roaming\cef-cache folder
